For Black Friday 2024, we created NO FOMO FRIDAY, an activation that interrupted the rush to checkout with a moment of thought. Online prompts encouraged shoppers to pause, reconsider their baskets and buy with intention, giving people permission to skip the impulse purchase on a day designed to make them fear missing out.
